Jenn Miller, Founder

After getting her Bachelor of Science in Legal Communication from Ohio University, Jenn began her career in HR with Fortune 500 giants like Lehman Brothers and AT&T, where she honed her skills. She found her passion for consulting while at ADP where she helped small businesses.

Jenn eventually transitioned to be the Head of HR at SentryOne after supporting them at ADP, where she was recognized as HR Leader of the Year by the Charlotte Business Journal. Jenn also led the company to consecutive Gallup awards for Best Places to Work.

She is deeply dedicated to coaching individuals within her field and finds joy when the “light bulbs” go off.

Her family moved to this area 22 years ago, and she, her husband and two children now live in Mooresville with their two dogs. She enjoys outdoor activities and is a dedicated reader and movie enthusiast.

    CONSULTANT

    After earning her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, Lisa began her career in manufacturing, focusing on safety and compliance. She later earned her MBA from Queens University, which paved the way for her transition into human resources.

    Today, she draws on her background in operations and compliance to help organizations strengthen their processes, policies, and workplace culture. She is especially passionate about guiding clients through complex HR challenges and creating practical, effective solutions.

    A longtime resident of Huntersville, she and her husband share their home with two dogs. She also enjoys running and cherishes time spent with her two adult daughters.

    SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION

    Heather is a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for connecting people to opportunities where they can thrive. She has gained experience in both in-house and agency recruiting, supporting fast-paced, high-growth environments and building scalable hiring processes that truly work. Over the years, she has recruited across a wide range of industries and roles—from high-volume frontline and   administrative positions to specialized mid, senior, and leadership roles in areas like technology, finance, HR, sales, product, engineering, marketing, and operations.

    No matter the role, she enjoys partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and finding the right talent to help teams grow and succeed. Along the way, she has built recruitment functions from the ground up, streamlined operations with HR systems, and used data-driven insights to make hiring more efficient and impactful. What she is most proud of, though, are the long-term relationships she has built and the careers she has helped shape.

    Outside of work, life keeps her busy (and happy!) as a mom of two and a dog mom, and she loves volunteering, paddleboarding, spending time with friends, and getting outdoors whenever she can.

Many of our team members join us on a per project basis because they are specialists in their fields, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience.
