Jenn Miller, Founder
After getting her Bachelor of Science in Legal Communication from Ohio University, Jenn began her career in HR with Fortune 500 giants like Lehman Brothers and AT&T, where she honed her skills. She found her passion for consulting while at ADP where she helped small businesses.
Jenn eventually transitioned to be the Head of HR at SentryOne after supporting them at ADP, where she was recognized as HR Leader of the Year by the Charlotte Business Journal. Jenn also led the company to consecutive Gallup awards for Best Places to Work.
She is deeply dedicated to coaching individuals within her field and finds joy when the “light bulbs” go off.
Her family moved to this area 22 years ago, and she, her husband and two children now live in Mooresville with their two dogs. She enjoys outdoor activities and is a dedicated reader and movie enthusiast.

Missy is a finance and people operations professional with more than two decades of experience across accounting, benefits, payroll, and HR. She has supported fast-paced, growing organizations by building reliable processes, improving systems, and creating programs that help employees feel supported and companies operate more smoothly.
Missy spent 17 years as part of the award-winning SentryOne team, where she helped shape and strengthen the company’s benefits, payroll, and operational foundations during a period of significant growth. Her background includes payroll administration, benefits strategy and support, monthly financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and leading large-scale transitions such as PEO implementations and system migrations. She is known for blending technical accuracy with a people-first approach—partnering with leaders to streamline operations and make complex topics easier to navigate. What she values most are the relationships she builds and the impact her work has on teams and individuals.
Outside of work, Missy enjoys spending time with her husband, their five grandchildren, and their two fur babies. She also loves crafting, cooking, and relaxing by the pool whenever she can.

Heather is a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with a passion for connecting people to opportunities where they can thrive. She has gained experience in both in-house and agency recruiting, supporting fast-paced, high-growth environments and building scalable hiring processes that truly work. Over the years, she has recruited across a wide range of industries and roles—from high-volume frontline and administrative positions to specialized mid, senior, and leadership roles in areas like technology, finance, HR, sales, product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
No matter the role, she enjoys partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and finding the right talent to help teams grow and succeed. Along the way, she has built recruitment functions from the ground up, streamlined operations with HR systems, and used data-driven insights to make hiring more efficient and impactful. What she is most proud of, though, are the long-term relationships she has built and the careers she has helped shape.
Outside of work, life keeps her busy (and happy!) as a mom of two and a dog mom, and she loves volunteering, paddleboarding, spending time with friends, and getting outdoors whenever she can.
